Teja has been practicing kundalini yoga for 9 years and teaching for 8 of those years! She has used this for her own healing and continues to use this practice for self-discovery, attunement and empowerment. She teaches with the new student in mind and believes in educating and empowering you with knowledge and self-awareness/love. Kundalini yoga is for all bodies and all ages.

Kundalini yoga is a comprehensive and efficient practice. These teachings have been passed on to us by Yogi Bhajan and each class will include (asanas or postures), mudras (hand positions), mantras (sound), drishti (focal point), and pranayama (breathing techniques). Classes usually include Meditation, Deep Relaxation …oh and the occasional dancing. We end with a deep healing Gong Bath.
